Gil founded Gilmor after more than 30 years of rich experience in the field of construction in general and finishing works particularly.
Over the years, he held a variety of senior positions and for the past decade he has served as CEO of Rom Engineering - one of the largest companies in the industry.

 

During this period, the company grew in its activity and profitability. Hundreds of projects have been built to the highest standard, on schedule and budget and to the extent of over One Million Square Meters, among them: Offices, Residences, Malls, Museums, Hospitals, Sports Facilities, Commercial Buildings, Logistics Centres, Public Buildings, Movie Theatres and more.

 

As CEO, he brings a combination of managerial, engineering and execution experience. The knowledge in both management and engineering, the vast experience and familiarity with all aspects of execution, make it possible to see the big picture alongside its smallest details.

Moshiko manages the entire execution system, at the managerial and executive level.
Moshiko has over 18 years of experience in the field of execution.

He managed and executed major finishing work projects such as: Heichal Hatarbut Tel Aviv, Sarona Azrieli Tower, Malls, Hospitals, Commercial Buildings, Logistics Centres, Hi-Tech Offices and more.

In addition, Moshiko manages the Design-Build Department and leads Turnkey projects.
His experience and values lead to well-executed projects including advanced design pre-execution, quick responses and effective execution at every stage of the project’s.

Moshiko specializes in building an accurate budget model in order to maintain strict adherence to budgets and schedules. He synchronizes multiple projects and improving work processes with the consultants and authorities while shortening processes of the planning execution stages.

His service-oriented approach is focused on listening to customer's needs and desires while giving personal attention to each factor, makes Moshiko a decisive and balancing factor in the process.

Shlomi Manages the company's headquarters and the various departments.
He plans, coordinates, motivates and directs the employees' efforts towards the achievement of the company’s goals.
Shlomi has over 20 years of experience of managing control processes, organization and methods and information systems. With 12 years of experience in accompanying construction companies, with a transverse management of dozens of finishing work projects, systems and residential towers.

Shlomi has rich experience of improving work procedures, both in creating a connection between the field and headquarters and the ability to have multi-system control of all the company's processes - from the tender stage to execution and finance.

With combination of advanced data collection tools that integrate new technologies of all the departments, Shlomi reflects a reliable projects situation report based on real-time data. It helps the decision-making process fast and effective for carrying out corrective actions.
